• Think of a company name which you would like to register with Companies House
• Once we have the company incorporation documents these will be emailed to you to enable a business bank account to be opened.
• Register a PAYE scheme for the directors and employees salaries if required
• We register the company for VAT if required
• registering for a CIS certificate and a CIS scheme (for construction companies) if required
